About the Role
* Full time: 37.5 hrs/week
* Hybrid - Based at Canterbury Head Office at least 3 days a week with 2 days working from home
* Salary circa £24,000+ DOE + Benefits.

We are a growing company and an opportunity has arisen to join our Administration Team.
This is a hybrid position working 5 days a week with at least 3 days in our head office in Canterbury, Kent, and two days from home. Some travel to our other clinics may also be required on occasion.
Our administrators are the first point of contact and look after their own set of contracted clients. At AHM, our personal touch and excellent customer service sets us apart so we need someone who can build positive relationships with our clients offering them exceptional care and attention.
You will be liaising with members of our clients’ HR and management teams on a day-to-day basis via telephone and e-mail, ensuring that all tasks and queries are completed in a professional and timely manner. You will cover reception regularly too, greeting visitors face to face, making sure they've got their paperwork ready, and taking card payments.
Alongside this, you will also be using our in-house Occupational Health System to ensure that records are updated and maintained at all times. This role includes the responsible handling of confidential, medical data.
Requirements
This is a fast-paced role which will suit somebody with the following experience and qualities:
* Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner with the ability to adapt your communication style based on the person you are speaking to
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities at the same time ensuring a high attention to accuracy and detail at all times
* Flexible and adaptable to changing demands of our clients with the ability to think outside the box and use your own initiative when needed
* Previous experience of working in an office environment and in a customer facing role is essential
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
* Some experience of Diary Management would be an advantage
* Experience of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Able to learn quickly, with initiative and enthusiasm
