Job summary This is an exciting new role working across Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals Group which includes United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (ULTH) and Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS). In this role you will work at a strategic level to support the delivery of key Allied Health Professions (AHP) workforce priorities in line with the Long Term Workforce Plan, supporting the current and future AHP workforce including apprenticeships, return to practice, international recruitment, preceptorship and the ongoing implementation of the support worker framework. You will develop and maintain a Group AHP workforce plan supported by the Trust Lead Allied Health Professional (AHP) ULTH and the Chief AHP, LCHS and in collaboration with profession specific AHP leads. You will develop a clear understanding of AHP workforce issues across Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals Group (LCHG) and work in collaboration to develop interprofessional solutions.
