Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR? We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic team and support our recruitment and HR operations. This is a varied generalist role, offering involvement in a wide range of HR activities and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our team. About the Role As HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR processes. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will provide vital support across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration. Primary Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with managers and external recruiters. Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing new starter packs, coordinating schedules, and collaborating with IT, Finance, and Recruiting Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. Employee Relations: Manage reference checks, respond to reference requests, and coordinate probationary and performance reviews. Global HR Support: Collaborate with the global HR team to coordinate local arrangements for global HR events and initiatives. Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records in our HR system. Training & Development: Oversee the administration of employee training and development activities, including managing training requests, booking courses, and collecting feedback. HR Administration: Manage HR-related schemes, conduct DSE assessments, and take minutes during HR meetings. General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR department as needed. Qualifications and pre-requisites A minimum of 3 years HR administration experience. A strong educational background with a professional demeanour that aligns with the confidential nature of HR work. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation. A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in HR data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a busy office administration role is essential. Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce would be advantageous. Working hours Full time, 8.30am 5.30pm Monday - Friday Location/Travel This role is based at our HQ in Harlow. Occasional travel to our other UK locations/UK based HR events is required.
