Job summary The Strategy and Transformation directorate are looking for a dynamic, resilient person with either significant NHS Clinical Operational Management Experience or Clinical Manager Experience to join the team at University Hospitals Dorset. The Directorate is responsible for the reconfiguration of clinical services and implementation of the Major Planned and Emergency Hospitals in East Dorset. This role is to provide the professional leadership support for Clinicians and Managers in this reconfiguration around clinical models/pathways, estate designs, hospital service requirements and associated pathway re-designs. The post holder will work with Clinical, Managerial and Executive teams within the Medical Care Group to ensure the successful delivery of the reconfiguration. The successful post holder will work closely with the care group leadership team to ensure transformation plans are delivered and objectives are met. They will also be required to work closely with the other members of the team, including estates, project and programme managers to understand timelines and governance related to their work streams.
