Job Description:
We are looking for highly motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as a Seasonal Train Driver on our miniature railway. As a Seasonal Train Driver, you will be responsible for operating safely and efficiently ensuring all our guests have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate in accordance with company policies, safety regulations, and protocols.
2. Conduct checks to ensure the train is in proper working order.
3. Monitor systems and respond to any issues promptly.
4. Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Team, Games Manager, and guests.
5. Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey.
6. Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established procedures.
7. Maintain accurate records of operations and any incidents.
8. Provide excellent customer service by answering guest questions and addressing any concerns.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
This is a seasonal zero hours position and will require availability to work primarily weekends and school holidays.
