Job Opportunity: Administrator
Location: WA7 3BE
Salary: £27,641 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Shift patterns available: 6am-2pm | 8am-4pm | 10am-6pm (Occasional weekend work may be required)
Breaks: Paid breaks included
Overtime: Available and paid at a single rate when applicable

Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing essential administrative support to the wider team
* Completing Excel and Word-based tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Handling a variety of general administrative duties, including maintaining records and managing team correspondence
* Assisting with any ad-hoc administrative requests and collaborating with other departments as needed
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, within deadlines, and in line with company procedures

Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* Highly organised with a keen attention to detail
* A proactive approach to work and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
