We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our project delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology with a proven track record of managing large, complex projects and programmes, including influencing and challenging stakeholders up to C-suite level. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead, inspire, and deliver outcomes aligned with PwC's Evolved Professional Framework.
What your days will look like:
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead projects and programmes to deliver high value. Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the architecting and delivery of transformational projects within PwC, developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
* Managing internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
* Managing budgets and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
* Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
* Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and reporting escalations to leadership as needed.
* Providing leadership, direction, and coaching to project teams while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
This role is for you if:
* You have extensive experience in Technology and are knowledgeable about project management tools and industry best practices.
* You have a proven track record of delivering large-scale successful projects and managing programmes.
* You have experience managing complex IT projects and programmes.
* You understand and apply project management methodologies and tools effectively.
* You demonstrate strong leadership qualities, proactively working towards common goals and navigating hurdles through change and risk management.
* You possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* You have strong organizational skills.
