Car Sales Executive INDCB £30,000 OTE Location : Morley Hours : Ful time and will include Saturdays As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while selling new and used vehicles. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, showcase the available vehicles, provide test drives, and negotiate deals. You will also be expected to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget. Sales Presentation: Demonstrate vehicles, explaining features, benefits, and options to customers. Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives, ensuring customers experience the vehicle firsthand. Negotiation: Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing terms to close deals. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest car models, features, and promotions. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and targets. Documentation: Assist customers with the completion of purchase paperwork and financing applications. Customer Relationship: Build long-term relationships with customers by offering excellent service and after-sales support. Trade-ins: Evaluate and process trade-ins, ensuring fair assessments and offers. Collaboration: Work with the marketing and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and alert management about popular models, slow-moving inventory, and customer preferences. Skills & Qualifications: Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry. Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate deals and persuade customers. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of vehicles, financing options, and dealership offerings. Target-Oriented: Ability to work towards sales goals and achieve high performance.
