The role
As a Controls Electronic Engineer Trainer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary.
Day-to-day, you’ll deliver high quality practical and theoretical training in Electronic Control systems on behalf of Defence College of Technical Training. No prior training experience required as we will look to develop you into the role.
1. Ensure that lesson plans and training sessions are developed in accordance with the approved training.
2. Provide coaching and mentoring of trainees to best support their learning experience.
3. Ensuring trainee development through monitoring, feedback appraisal, ensuring all supporting documentation is maintained.
4. Assessment of trainees to include written examination and practical assessments.
5. Marking of examination papers
This role is full time permanent position.
Qualifications for the Controls Electronic Engineer Trainer:
6. Qualified academically or vocationally to a minimum of Level 3 in relevant subject matter.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC security clearance for this role.
