Overview:
Are you passionate about developing and supporting advisers? We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and mentor a small team of financial advisers while playing a vital role in the growth of a thriving consolidator business. This is a remote role with a field-based element, requiring regular visits to advisers to provide hands-on coaching, build rapport, and help them succeed.
You Will:
* Lead, coach, and mentor advisers.
* Conduct field visits, providing tailored support and actionable feedback.
* Foster a culture of excellence, helping advisers progress through competency frameworks.
* Support acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions for advisers and effective integration.
* Work closely with senior leadership to implement strategies for growth and adviser success.
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the business, aligning objectives with outcomes.
* Provide hands-on support in challenging scenarios or client meetings.
You’ll Bring:
* Proven Leadership: Experience managing, supporting and growing advisers
* Compliance Expertise: Deep knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance frameworks.
* Qualification: Level 4 RQF qualification (or equivalent).
* Field-Based Approach: Willingness to travel regularly for adviser support.
* Relationship Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence.
* Growth Experience: Familiarity with business growth and acquisitions is highly desirable.
