We are seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to join our Centralised Business Admin Team ( CBAT ). This role is vacant due to staff moving on in their careers within the NHS, and reflective of the supportive environment that ICC has developed for its administrative staff. CBAT is a small team that supports the whole directorate operationally ensuring that our community based clinical teams have everything they need when they need it. This is a flexible back-office role. You must be able to commute between the Northern General Hospital, Firth Park Clinic and Lightwood House. The team also supports the ICC management team in the management of annual leave and absence and supports new starters with equipment and uniforms. This is just a flavour of the role and how pivotal it is the the operational flow of the directorate. Main duties of the job To provide a high standard of confidential administrative support to the Community Intermediate CareService by: Continuously working accurately to strict deadlines which are pre-determined by STH policies andprocedures. Having the ability to communicate effectively with other internal departments within STH andmembers of the multi-disciplinary team by offering advice and solutions to all enquiries. Calculate staff annual leave entitlement upon joining and leaving the service, along with recalculation of any adjustments as and when change their days/hours of work.
