Working Patterns:
To work as part of a roster including every other weekend. One of these weekends will be on call for emergencies.
Essential details:
* Have experience in care.
* Have a minimum of Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
* Have a full driving license.
* Be flexible to suit the needs of the service.
* To be able to problem solve & use own initiative.
* Have good administration skills.
* Be able to work well and manage a small team.
* To manage out of hours on call and emergencies.
