About the Housekeeping Team
At Skibo, housekeeping is about more than just changing sheets and dusting - it's about creating a welcoming, home-from-home experience for our members and guests. This dynamic team is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across the estate. From keeping castle bedrooms and family lodges looking pristine to polishing the woodwork in the front hall to handling dry cleaning requests, our dedicated Room Attendants ensure that every space is immaculate and guest-ready, making Skibo shine for every arrival.
About the Role
As a Room Attendant you will:
* Provide a personalised touch to each member's stay, from placing family photos and home-baked shortbread by their bedside to ensuring their preferred bedding is ready for their arrival, making every visit to Skibo feel special.
* Work proactively and attentively, responding to guest requests and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
* Maintain impeccable standards across the castle and family lodges, ensuring every room reflects the warmth, luxury, and attention to detail that defines The Carnegie Club.
Who We Are Looking For
* You're friendly, enthusiastic and enjoy meeting new people.
* You're a team-player and enjoy working alongside colleagues in what can be a fast-paced environment.
* Ideally you have some experience in a hospitality venue such as a guest house or hotel, but if not don't worry – our team will be happy to help you with your training.
* You are willing to learn and take direction and are keen to progress your role through training and development.

Gratuities (tips) that are passed directly to staff are paid to all employees on a pro-rata basis regardless of their role.
