This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in delivering high-profile projects across various sectors, including industrial, residential, and infrastructure.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software.\n\nCollaborate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure the effective coordination of resources and timelines.\n\nIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.\n\nMonitor and report on project progress, highlighting any deviations from the schedule.\n\nLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other third parties to ensure alignment with the project programme.\n\nPrepare planning documentation, including tender programmes, construction schedules, and progress reports.\n\nConduct site visits to assess progress and support project teams in schedule adherence.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nProven experience as a Planner within the construction industry.\n\nStrong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and logistics.\n\nProficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or MS Project.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.\n\nKnowledge of relevant construction regulations and industry best practices.\n\nBenefits:\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\n\nOpportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.\n\nCareer development and progression opportunities.\n\nSupportive and collaborative work environment
