Role Overview
Our business is continuing to grow, and we are looking for committed, enthusiastic and supportive leaders and role models, who are always ready to go the extra mile. As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive operational standards and deliver sales.
2. Manage a high-volume digital operation (if applicable).
3. Instil company values into your team and store.
Requirements
This is a very hands-on role, where you will be responsible for spinning a lot of plates in order to drive operational standards and deliver sales. You will need to be hardworking, proactive, and able to instil our values into your team and store.
