The Role
We are looking for seasonal sales associates on a temporary basis to join our team across the busy Black Friday/Christmas period from November through to January who have a passion and flair for customer service. We are on the hunt for those who offer an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with our brand values. Ideally you are also passionate about the health or beauty industry!
We are looking for team members that can work well in a team and thrive under pressure as well as being able to react to change in a positive and professional manner during these busy periods. You must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights may be required.

Requirements
* To always provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing
* Experience in a customer service environment, ideally in the health or beauty industry
* Drive forward sales and company objectives
* Assist the team and store management with daily tasks
* Support with stock management at offsite stockroom, unloading deliveries, sending stock to store etc.
* Work on initiative and be super proactive
* Always maintain company standards (housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising)
