Who we are looking for…
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager ready to make a lasting difference in children’s lives. You’ll take on a leadership role, providing supervision and support to residential workers, overseeing placement plans, risk assessments, and ensuring that policies and educational support are upheld. A patient and supportive approach is essential, along with the ability to form positive relationships with the children.

You Must
* Have an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
* Have at least 2 years’ experience in Residential Childcare working with young people.
* Be 22 years old or older, as per children’s homes regulations.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence.
