We have registered a fantastic opportunity to join our client at an exciting time, as a Medical Customer Service Representative. This is a key position within the company, acting as a liaison between customers and clinical staff. You must have a clinical background and strong demonstrable experience in a consultative customer facing role.
Medical Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
* Establishing professional relationships with customers to facilitate a smooth order process.
* Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally.
* Conducting all duties with the strictest of confidentiality.
* Facilitating discussions between customers and other team members.
* Communicating feedback on processes and tasks with team members.
* Supporting the Directors and other team members as required.

You must be flexible, highly organised, comfortable working independently, and have a positive and proactive nature.
