MotorSport Vision (MSV), the UK's leading race circuit operator, is seeking a car-passionate Automotive Event Project Assistant to join our growing team at the iconic Brands Hatch circuit. MSV circuits host several major European and national race series, including GT World Challenge, World Superbikes, British Touring Cars, and the Bennetts British Superbike Championship. Alongside our promoted race events, we operate several in-house automotive festivals and car shows, such as the American SpeedFest, Trucks and Fireworks display, Ford Power Live, and Supercar Pageant events. We are looking for a car-mad Automotive Event Project Assistant to join our expanding team, based at the iconic Brands Hatch circuit. You will be an integral part of the Events department, assisting in the organisation of multiple automotive shows and events across all six MSV venues: Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Snetterton, Oulton Park, Cadwell Park and Circuit de Navarra. The role will cover all aspects of department administration and event planning, as well as having ownership of key content, related to the delivery of specific events. Key responsibilities will include: Sourcing relevant and show-enhancing content, including key display and demonstrating vehicles Working with our Automotive Event in developing key motorsport and automotive anniversary themes and content Assisting in event management for key car shows throughout the year, ensuring seamless execution and a memorable experience for attendees. Managing event specific social media profiles and creating engaging content for attendees Handling incoming department enquiries by telephone and email Curating and taking ownership of car and bike club displays databases and relationships Collaborating with vendors and sponsors, ensuring their needs are met, and relationships are maintained for ongoing partnerships Providing creative input to improve and enhance the overall visitor experience Assisting during the build-up, open and break-down period for events Ensuring key documentation is disseminated to all relevant parties across the MSV group Traveling to and attending relevant weekend events across the MSV circuit portfolio Producing event-related paperwork and inputting information on website and social media channels Attending industry functions and exhibitions as required, staying informed about industry trends Acting as the central point of contact for third-party contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination The successful candidate will ideally have: Extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for everything on two and four wheels Creative ideas, with the ability to contribute innovative concepts to pre-existing and new events A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence Very good administration and communication skills A team-oriented nature, with a good sense of fun, fostering a positive work environment Superb organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Enthusiasm and passion for live events, with a dedication to delivering exceptional experiences In return MSV offers: Competitive pay benefits Up to 31 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) Access to our MSV Advantage platform, giving you access to discounts at hundreds of shops across the UK. You will be expected to travel as a team to various MSV circuits, therefore a full clean driving licence is essential.
