Job Description:
Freebridge Community Housing is seeking an Assistant Director of Technology, Data and Continuous Improvement to lead our strategic initiatives in leveraging technology and data to enhance our operational efficiency and customer services. This pivotal role will focus on driving innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Freebridge Community Housing has been fulfilling housing needs since 2006 and now manages around 7,000 homes across West Norfolk, striving to create sustainable solutions and a considerable impact on the quality of life for our residents within a vast area.
Requirements
* Strategically lead the integration of technology and data initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and customer interactions.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, facilitating training and development programs that enhance team capability and engagement.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure technology solutions meet operational needs and improve service delivery prospects.
* Manage and oversee proposals for technology procurement, implementation, and integration to minimize disruption and maximize outcomes.
* Drive the data governance framework to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the organization.
Knowledge and Experience
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on technology, data management, and continuous improvement within the housing or related sectors.
* Strong track record in leading technology transformations and utilizing data analytics to drive performance improvements.
* Excellent understanding of latest technological advancements and their potential to enhance customer service delivery.
* Exceptional project management skills with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
* Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Salary: £88,452.00 per annum
Working Hours: Full time of 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid Working: 3 days in office
