Part time Teaching Assistant Position: Part-Time Teaching Assistant (Mornings Only) Location: FY3 Area, Lancashire Start Date: January 2024 Contract: Temporary, Part-Time (Mornings Only) About the Role: Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming primary school in the FY3 area starting in January 2024. This part-time position is perfect for individuals passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. Key Responsibilities: Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons. Assisting pupils with their learning on a one-to-one or small group basis. Managing classroom behavior effectively in line with school policies. Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Supporting children with additional learning needs when required.
