The Role as Senior Service Advisor
* Evaluate customer needs on servicing or repair requirements, in line with Vehicle Health Checks
* Ensure the customer is aware of all applicable costs and the progress of repairs in a timely manner and competently handling objections
* Coordinate internally with the workshop colleagues to progress the vehicle through the service process
* Deliver exceptional customer service in order to achieve the customer satisfaction set objectives whilst adhering to standards and dealership procedures
* Maintain accurate customer details to ensure customer database is up to date
* Up to date knowledge on additional products and services is essential
* Work in line with all service and warranty policies

* Previous Customer Service experience is essential
* Deliver first class service to achieve company objectives
* Self-motivated with experience of achieving targets
* Confident and professional communication skills
