YMCA Small Street is looking for a Project Worker to deliver digital skills support, including one-on-one guidance, group workshops, and community outreach, as part of YMCA Black Country Group’s Digital Divide Project. This role is focused on providing residents with the skills and confidence to access digital resources, helping to reduce digital exclusion. The role will also involve assisting with the delivery of the Cyber All Access sessions, employability workshops, and community learning groups. Flexibility to cover sickness and absence within the project team is required.
Working Pattern: 30 hours per week (Part-time, Fixed term)
About You
* Experience in delivering training or support, particularly in digital skills, employability, or community-based services.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to support people with varying levels of digital literacy.
* A flexible, person-centred approach to supporting learners and understanding their individual needs.
