You hold a first degree, and ideally, you are progressing toward an RTPI accredited postgraduate degree. What the Job Involves The role involves managing a caseload of planning enforcement cases, ensuring income calculations and processes are correct, and promoting customer satisfaction. You'll advocate for the Council's diversity agenda, address planning applications, and prepare documentation for appeals and courts. Engaging in strategic planning, site investigations, and stakeholder collaboration is crucial. You will contribute to the borough's ambitious Growth Strategy through innovative planning enforcement to ensure alignment with the Bexley Local Plan.
