We are seeking a FEMALE LEAD SUPPORT WORKER to jo in our innovative team based in Bridgend where you can lead by example, enjoying an excellent training programme, strong career progression - and deliver outstanding support through the unique 'Activate' model, proven to make a measurable difference to people's lives and your professional satisfaction.
Hourly rate is £13.20 with sleep nights paid at £50 per night
You will be working across two homes in Bridgend, demonstrating best practice to your colleagues and ensuring best outcomes for the people you will be supporting.
