Purpose of Job: You will be responsible for and leading on the development and execution of the global operations strategy, including production, procurement, logistics, footprint optimization, operations technology development, equipment improvements, continuous improvements, automation, and industrialisation. Responsibilities: Provide strategies that continually improve the manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and environmental health & safety organizations in a manufacturing operation environment. Ensure efficient operation of all manufacturing facilities to consistently deliver forecasted production and meet safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost metrics. Champion a continuous process improvement environment across all aspects of production, assembly, quality, safety, supply chain and manufacturing engineering. Implement a global supply chain strategy that ensures delivery of a high quality and sustainable product pipeline, optimizes inventory management, reduces COGS and ensures business resilience. Collaborate with R&D to push the boundaries of technology to support business growth efficiently and cost effectively. Experience/Skills: Experience of managing Operations in a highly regulated industry and/or chemistry industry/chemistry Extensive experience leading complex operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, health and safety and continuous improvement Experience of delivering operational excellence and creating lean environments to drive cost improvement, quality, and on-time delivery improvements.
