Your Role as a Multi Skilled Electrician In this pivotal year, as a Multi Skilled Electrician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our tenants feel supported and valued in their living spaces. You will undertake electrical work to all internal and external client properties, carrying out planned maintenance and installation work, reactive repairs and preparing empty properties for re-letting. Join us in our mission to cultivate thriving communities where every resident feels truly at home. This is a Full Time, Permanent position, working 39 hours per week. You will also take part in standby and callouts on a rota system, giving you an opportunity to earn an average of £1,500 extra per annum. What You Will Bring: A hardworking and enthusiastic approach to the job. Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety at Work. A Full U.K Driving Licence A recognised Trade Qualification NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds 236 Part 1 and 2 or equivalent Ideally you will also have your Inspection and Testing 2391 2394/5 and 18 th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification, however consideration will be given for those willing to work towards obtaining these.
