Great opportunities have arisen for experienced and enthusiastic finance professionals to join PSPS as Finance Analysts.
You will join the Business Partnering function within the Financial Services Department and will be involved in delivering a comprehensive end to end budget management service to our client councils.
The successful candidate will support the Business Partnering team in delivering client services, including service areas and grant monitoring.
This role is vital in ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting, budget planning and modelling to inform both operational and strategic financial planning.
What we need from you:
Experience in a financial environment
Ability to organise and prioritise often conflicting demands to meet deadlines
Excellent IT and analytical skills with a good understanding of accounting principles
Ability to organise and prioritise
Strong Work ethic with the desire to learn and develop

PSPS (Public Sector Partnership Services) is a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) which is wholly owned by East Lindsey District Council, South Holland District Council and Boston Borough Council. The Company operates from its offices in Spalding, Boston, and Horncastle. The Company provides a range of services including Human Resources & Payroll, Financial Services, Procurement & Contracts, ICT (Information and Communications Technology) & Digital, Customer Contact, Revenues & Benefits, Health & Safety, and a range of Corporate Support services.
