My client is a respected leader in electrical engineering solutions and is looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their team, with the option to work from either their London Bridge or Kent office. Renowned for their high-quality designs and engineering expertise, Osborn Associates delivers exceptional results across a variety of sectors, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the design and development of electrical systems for a wide range of projects, with a particular focus on data centres and commercial offices.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading the electrical design process from concept through to completion.
2. Overseeing the preparation and review of technical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
3. Collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
5. Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project goals.
6. Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their professional development.
7. Conducting site inspections and attending meetings as needed to support project progression.
8. Providing technical support and troubleshooting during installation and commissioning.
Skills and Experience:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Extensive experience in electrical design, particularly in data centres and commercial settings.
* Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Dialux.
* In-depth knowledge of UK electrical codes and regulations.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and inspire a team.
Package:
* Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
