Coordinating the team to deliver great availability for customers and safe operations: Running the operation on a day to day basis, making sure daily operational decisions are right for colleagues and customers during my shift. Following company and legislative and health & safety routines ensuring Customer Delivery Drivers do the same. Delivering communication to the Customer Delivery team when there are cascades from my manager. Looking at ways to simplify our operations and share these ideas with my Manager.
