Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Towcester - onsite
Salary: £40,000
What you'll be doing:
* Assistance with Build Line Support
* Goods inwards inspection, in-build testing and testing for release of deliverables; preparation of documentation for the Production team
* Supporting customer deliveries across a range of products within the ATS business
* Where design changes have been implemented, test and validate that the specification has been met
* Cross-functional collaboration with the Production and Engineering teams
* Plan, manage and account for your time. Anticipate any issues which might affect delivery progress and proactively address these, escalating for support if required
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Experience of Build Line Support in a manufacturing environment
* A relevant qualification or experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* Proven record of achieving demanding production targets
* Organised and detail oriented, with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Desirable:
* Previous experience working within aerospace/motorsport industry
* Experience in various analysis techniques, including mechanical testing, X-ray and laser scanning
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and data analysis tools
