Support external Project Sales Engineers to achieve their targets by providing first class customer service and administrational support inline with agreed parameters. Respond to customer project queries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain concise records of contact and progress via activity planner and liaise with nominated sales engineers to provide timely information. Investigate, record, and update the progression of nominated projects to point of order. Maintain regular contact with customer post-order to monitor delivery timescales, take appropriate action to adjust where necessary. Coordinate with relevant internal departments on behalf of, and act as a point of contact for sales engineers and clients to ensure delivery of ordered project as per client’s timeframes and specification. Skills & Qualifications Outstanding customer service abilities. Strong background in administration. Experience of electrical and/or construction trade an advantage. Acute attention to detail. Good team working skills. Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external contacts at all levels. Strong organisational skills. Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access). Accurate record keeping. Good English & Maths qualification.
