About this role This role works within our Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Your attention to detail will be utilised in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements, undertaking reconciliations and assisting with cashflows and forecasts. This role also provides support to the broader finance team to ensure that statutory and compliance statements are completed in a timely manner. To succeed in this role you will need: Demonstrated experience in a similar role as well as your CA/CPA qualification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and partner with employees across the organisation. Ability to work collaboratively, lead and contribute to continuous improvement. High level stakeholder engagement and consultation skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a high volume of work. Good knowledge in finance systems and providing subject matter expertise where needed. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
