The role delivers strategic content solutions to Benifex and its customers that enhance user experiences and drives engagement across OneHub Home and the wider product suite. The role provides direction for the Senior Editor whilst also supporting the Benifex product team in crafting engaging UI text that facilitates user interaction, navigation and understanding. In support of the Chief Innovation Officer, the role drives the vision for product language and content across product verticals to establish cohesive narratives from benefits and wellbeing to reward and discounts. The Content Design Lead provides direction and mentorship to the team and educates stakeholders on the role of UX writing and content strategy throughout the product development and implementation process. Responsibilities Educate stakeholders on the role of UX writing and content strategy throughout the product development process. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for content within Benifex and the OneHub Home product. Design bespoke data-driven content strategies that align with customer objectives, ensuring maximum reach and engagement for high profile customers Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. legal, partnerships, corporate benefits, communications, marketing, customer success etc) to produce stand-out visuals and written content tailored to product-specific audiences. Work closely with the Senior Editor to plan content workflows each quarter and manage resource allocation across projects Provide UI/UX writing support to the wider product team including the UX team, product managers, and engineers, working closely to understand and define requirements Use writing and editing skills to craft UI text that facilitates user interaction, navigation, and understanding, including onboarding, promotion, error messages, instructional materials, and content for other components of user experience. Drives vision for product language and content across the product suites and ensures cohesive product narratives; Documents strategies with guidelines and/or style guides and establishes best practices and principles. Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the Senior Editor What are we looking for? Strong skills in research and content creation (from inception to publishing) Strong skills in UX writing / product copywriting Ability to work independently and self-manage their work, as well as working as part of a team to deliver the overall goals of the Wellbeing team and OneHub products. A history or strong understanding of how content can drive behaviours with customers Ability to present ideas to customers and challenge their thinking.
