Job Title: Cover Supervisor

About the Role:
We are looking to appoint a dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of the curriculum across all subject areas. This role is perfect for those who aspire to gain experience for a future in teaching or who are passionate about working within the areas of SEND or Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH).
As a Cover Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and support students in their learning when their regular teacher is absent. You will deliver pre-planned learning activities, maintain high standards of student behaviour, and establish productive working relationships to ensure a seamless learning experience. When cover lessons are not required, you will have the opportunity to support the pastoral and SEND teams, gaining valuable experience in working with students with SEND and/or behavioural challenges.
