We would be interested to hear from a GP in any stage of their career, including recently or newly qualified GPs. We are offering a supportive package with the opportunity for mentoring to help someone starting off in practice or returning to practice after a break. The post is for 4- 5 sessions a week and will run for approx. 9 months. There is potential to extend the contract as another partner is looking to take a 6 month sabbatical after this. Main duties of the job Supporting the whole practice team is very important to us and we have a daily morning huddle, weekly clinical meetings and lunch together every day as well as daily walks and regular wellbeing sessions. We are a busy practice but have put in place lots of techniques to take the pressure off the doctors while providing excellent patient centred care, such as fortnightly admin sessions. We also have an expanding multidisciplinary team including a pharmacy team, a nurse practitioner, a first contact physio and mental health practitioners.
