To effectively ensure the day to day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks. This will include the supervision of specialist sub contractors and ensuring all CBRE and subcontractor paperwork is up to date. Also ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed as per the CBRE QHSE guidelines.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDelivery of this service in accordance with CBRE, Procedures and Policies.\nEnsuring the efficient and effective operation and maintenance of the sites M&E Plant and Equipment and Services.\nCompliance with and record keeping for CBRE ISO 9001/14001 etc.
and all Quality Management Systems.\nAssisting with and participating in the Call out System for site.\nAttending meetings on site representing CBRE to the highest standards on client meetings. This will involve reporting back to the client any actions that arise in a timely fashion.\nAssist in reactive repairs and PPM's to the sites M&E systems (BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators and LV Electrical Distribution and Switch Gear etc).\nCarry out reactive maintenance/repairs as instructed by the Supervisor, Engineering Manager of Account Management in line with the Service Level Agreements.\nPrioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.\nEnsure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules.\nSupervision of Specialist Service Contractors, including Induction and signing off and actioning minor works listed on service report sheets in accordance with the Team Leader.\nEnsure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using client CAFM systems e.g. Hazard Reports, training & competency records, SAP, Prime.\nActively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.\nPrioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.\nTo observe the company policy on Health & Safety at Work\nTo undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested\nTo respond to callouts and cover emergencies as required, within working hours \n\nPerson Specification:\n\nWorking to Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes\nKnowledge of lone working requirements\nCarry out maintenance works on the sites and have a full understanding of low level plant and how it works on site.\nA full driving licence is essential
