Our Estates Development and Campus Services department is looking to recruit two permanent, full-time Helpdesk Coordinators for the Estates and Facilities Management Helpdesk. This Helpdesk is a vital service at the University and serves as the primary contact point for customers to report maintenance issues and request support from our Campus Services Teams.
The Helpdesk operates from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. We are seeking candidates to cover the following shifts:
1. 1 x 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
2. 1 x 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer care. You will be responsible for responding efficiently and effectively to a wide range of inquiries via telephone and the University CAFM system, Invida.
You should possess a strong customer service ethos, a solid work ethic, excellent communication skills, and experience with IT. Demonstrating reliability, flexibility, and professionalism is essential for this role. Educated to at least Grade C, GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent or a proven track record of relevant work.
