We are looking for an energetic, confident and highly motivated individual to join the Transformation and Efficiency Portfolio Management Office (TE PMO) in the role of Transformation Specialist. This is a key role where you will work with the Divisions to co-ordinate the Efficiency Plans and Financial Recovery Programmes. You will support key transformation programmes to achieve the organisational strategic aims and objectives.
You will be organised, self-motivated, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, have excellent communication skills, good knowledge of data systems and be a problem solver with a positive mind-set. You will have excellent people skills and flexibility in your style of relationship management to support others in bringing about the sustained behavioural changes needed for the organisation to succeed and achieve its goals. Importantly you will be a team player who wants to consciously make a difference with the patients and citizens within our community.
Interview date: Thursday 13th February. These will be held in person at Darenth Valley Hospital.

Managerial responsibilities: to include level of responsibility for:
1. Directly line manage one or more Project Managers and the GIRFT Coordinator, depending on the portfolio, ensuring effective performance and development.
2. Lead major transformation programmes and specific projects, aligning them with the Trust's strategic objectives to achieve measurable improvements in performance and patient care.
3. Provide expert leadership in change management and service redesign, driving sustainable improvements in productivity, efficiency and patient care.
4. Develop and implement systems for monitoring progress, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are achieved.
