We are looking for an Administrator to work for our client in the Borehamwood area. You will need to come from the construction or building industry
Duties include:
Checking sales orders daily, tracking outstanding invoicing, liaising with the transport team, processing any credits, ordering stock. As well as meeting and greeting visitors to site and running through the induction where needed. Complete work permits for site. Completion of timesheets. Overall you will be supporting the sales team with administration and help generally with the smooth running of the office.
You will have an administrative background within the construction/building industry and possess excellent computer literacy.
In return the company offer a salary of up to £28000 together with associated benefits.
