Market Leader
Duties:
1. Daily management of a sales team consisting of 12 staff.
2. Setting clear and consistent goals and monitoring team/individual performance.
3. Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews for each team member.
4. Analysing KPI's to increase productivity, performance, units sold and PPU.
5. Provide team direction and motivation that engages your team and helps them understand their purpose within the business.
6. Identify knowledge gaps and provide on-the-job training where necessary.
7. Manage/monitor our CRM system and enquiries to ensure the workflow is managed effectively to maximize each opportunity.
8. Support individuals in deal making and closing deals.
9. Maintain communication with your team to ensure leads are correctly managed.
10. Ensure Team Members are following all Company rules and processes, adhering to all compliances, and managing the Staff to operate within the FCA guidelines.
11. Interview, hire and build your team with full support of our in-house recruiter.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as Manager in automotive / finance sales.
2. Excellent Leadership Skills.
3. High standard of communication skills.
4. Ability to motivate, engage and increase performance in a sales environment.
5. Previous track record of target achievement.
6. Proven background in managing a sales team.
