JOB TITLE: Business Integration Manager COMPANY: UK Hub DEPARTMENT: Finance REPORTS TO: Financial Director Company Overview: The UK Hub supports and manages an expanding portfolio of premium Skin and Hair Care brands, integrating new acquisitions into a unified operational framework. This role is critical to managing the financial and operational integration of new brands, ensuring that tools, processes, and systems align with the UK Hub's financial standards. Position Overview: The Business Integration Manager will take a hands-on, operational role in embedding a newly acquired brand into the UK Hub’s financial and operational framework. This includes setting up, testing, and validating various systems including ERP (NetSuite), forecasting and budgeting tool (Adaptive Insights), Power BI for reporting, and the Pepperi B2B ordering platform. The role will lead the management of set-up of the operational processes including the integration of brand into the existing Distribution network, resource planning and commercial activities. The role will work directly on essential finance activities, including trial balance and cost centre setup, month-end close processes, and financial data reconciliation. With 70% of the role focused on operational tasks and 30% on managing project elements, this role will ensure that integration and stabilisation is both functional and strategically aligned with our long-term goals. In all elements of the role, the Business Integration Manager will partner closely with key individuals in the acquired brand team, IT team and the UK Hub Supply Chain team to ensure the overall delivery of the project is successful. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management (70%): • ERP System Setup & Maintenance: Establish, test, and maintain transactional structures within NetSuite to align the new brand’s data with the UK Hub’s reporting standards. • Month-End & Trial Balance Management: Work closely with the controlling team to integrate responsibilities for the month-end close process, ensuring the integrity of the trial balance and cost centre structure for the new brand. • Forecasting & Budgeting Execution: Work with Data team and consultants to configure, connect and load data into Adaptive Insights and perform hands-on validation of forecasts and budgets, working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with UK Hub standards. • Power BI Reporting and Analysis: Work with Analytics manager to develop and operationalize Power BI reports, ensuring accurate representation of financial data and supporting teams with data insights to inform business decisions. • Data Reconciliation & Validation: Perform routine checks on financial data integrity, addressing discrepancies in revenue, cost centres, and general ledger accounts to ensure accurate reporting post-integration. • Pepperi Platform Enablement: Manage the implementation of the Pepperi B2B ordering platform, including operational setup, order tracking, and ensuring finance readiness to handle order flow within NetSuite. 2. Integration Project Coordination (30%): • Project Planning & Tracking: Support integration planning by managing timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating will all the teams involved (incl. Finance, IT, HR, SC, parent brand etc) to meet project deadlines. • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main liaison for integration-related inquiries, updating the Financial Controller and senior stakeholders on project progress and operational challenges. • Risk & Compliance Management: Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure all integration activities meet regulatory and internal control requirements. • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the end to end operational processes to streamline reporting, enhance data accuracy, and reduce manual efforts across tools like NetSuite and Adaptive Insights. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 5 years of hands-on experience in finance operations, financial systems setup, and month-end close processes. • Strong Experience in Business Partnering providing the broader business process understanding • Strong familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite and Adaptive Insights budgeting tools would be an advantage. • Experience with Power BI for management reporting. • Familiarity with Pepperi or other B2B platforms is an advantage. • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational finance issues with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting integrity. • Strong organizational skills with experience in supporting project timelines and deliverables • Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate business insights clearly to cross-functional teams. • Adaptable, proactive, and skilled at balancing operational tasks with project management needs in a dynamic environment. • Ability to learn new business areas and systems fast is a must.
