Job Description Estate Agency Administrator - Evesham - up to £25k basic Salary Negotiable An opportunity has arisen to join this independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the area. A modern Estate Agent who hold on to their traditional values and providing an excellent customer service to all. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team in Evesham where your main duties will include: Preparing property details including brochures, window displays and on-line details Advertising and marketing preparation Preparing valuation reports Prepare and issue letters and documents relating to the selling and buying of properties Prepare and issue letters and preparing documents to help create new business and promote the company Making changes to property details as and when required Dealing with emails Supporting the Sales Team and Branch Manager in fulfilling all Client and Applicants requirements including arranging property valuations and viewings Social media management Carrying out viewings when required Essential Skills Required: Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Computer literate Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively to achieve team goals Sensitive approach and ability to maintain confidentiality Dedicated to providing a high standard of customer service in line with the company ethos Full UK licence and Car Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm The team at Nexus Recruitment are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector.
