This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity, it will involve working collaboratively across the service to audit our current reporting capability, supporting the MIS Manager to identify opportunities and areas for development, and subsequently contribute to the creation and development of in-house reports and Power BI dashboards.
The service delivers accredited and non-accredited provision to around 6000 adults a year in over 200 venues across the county including a network of Council-run buildings, schools, children’s centres, employer premises, a wide range of community outreach locations and a number of independent externally subcontracted organisations. The service is focused on provision which transforms the lives of our most disadvantaged communities, enhances employment opportunities for low skilled residents and meets the needs of local employers.
You will work across the service's provision as a data analyst developing your knowledge, skills and behaviours. The service’s provision consists of a wide range of Tailored Learning and Adult Skills Fund programmes including: English and Maths (at all levels from Entry Level through to GCSE); ESOL; LLDD; Employability; Family Learning; Digital Skills; Health and Wellbeing; Arts and Craft.

Who we are looking for…
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as apprentices. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of English, Maths, and ICT, and a strong willingness to learn and grow. This should include a minimum of 3 x A Levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualifications) and 5 x GCSE at Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language. You should be a team player with excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a positive, flexible attitude. If you’re eager to develop new skills and take responsibility while working in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you!
