Community is at the heart of this brand which continues to grow further Due to their immense growth, they are now seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their marketing department, shape the brand’s direction, and drive impactful campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and measure the success of multi-channel campaigns that build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support retention. Take ownership of the marketing department (team of 5) consisting of e-commerce, website, email, social media and design. Providing strategic direction and leadership. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses to stay within budget while maximizing ROI. Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team. Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives. Define and maintain brand identity, tone, and positioning across all marketing channels. Develop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve ROI. Stay ahead of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and drive innovation within the brand’s marketing efforts. You Are: • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced brand environment, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
