A little about myself:
I am a teenage boy in my mid-teens and living with my parents in the Glais/Clydach area. I attend Neath College, where I am studying a foundation course in the ‘Built Environment’ (learning trade skills such as plastering, plumbing, carpentry and electrical work).
I struggle with some behavioural and mental health issues related to intrusive thoughts, OCD and Tourette’s Syndrome. This has caused me to experience occasional social issues, especially in relation to establishing and maintaining friendships. Consequently, I have become isolated and have very few external outlets outside college.
I’ve still managed to keep a wicked sense of humour and I’m a big fan of Science Fiction movies, particularly Star Wars, Transformers and Marvel Cinematic Universe. I’m also into gaming on my PS4 and enjoy playing popular titles like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order.
I’m looking for companionship and an individual that can understand and see beyond my mental health issues. The ideal candidate would be someone that can build a rapport with me, as well as helping me reconnect with outside activities such as cinema visits & excursions to local attractions, like public parks or the seafront.
