Our local housing teams provide services directly and in partnership with others, including tenancy and estate management; homelessness and housing support; allocations and void management; preventing and tackling anti social behaviour; rent arrears collection and management.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Hamilton Area Office for a full time Housing Services Manager to lead a highly motivated team providing day-to-day housing management and homelessness services.
You will lead a multi disciplined team in a dynamic environment and you will be committed to constantly improving services to meet challenging targets and obtain best value for our customers.
You will be a self motivated and confident professional with a proven track record in delivering results. You will be required to demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of housing and homelessness policy and practice and you will preferably be qualified to Housing Diploma Level.
