Your Key Responsibilities as an Office Administrator Forwarding accurate phone messages to team members and monitoring and responding to emails Filing and office administration – photocopying, scanning, sorting mail Arranging the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities Monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies Ensuring that HSKSG offices present a professional image at all times. Producing letters, reports and other ad hoc duties using Microsoft Office Skills and Experience We’re Looking For To have a good understanding of Outlook and any other packages which are relevant to the role. To have a good understanding of Microsoft Word and a good understanding and familiarity with other Microsoft software, including Excel and PowerPoint. Accuracy whether communication is written or verbal. You may from time to time be required to attend courses to aid you in the capacity to fulfil your role. Strong Administration background.
