Do you love climbing? Want to share your passion with others?
At our Climbing Wall your role will be to share your passion for climbing with the Leisure users while teaching them the skills and guiding them through all stages of their climbing journey., ensuring that the environment is safe and welcoming at all times. You will deliver fun and engaging sessions to a wide range of people from beginners to experienced climbers. Be involved in the day to day running of the climbing wall, steer newcomers to suitable sessions, build a repour with returning customers and be motivated to develop as an instructor.

More about you
You will have experience of working in a similar environment and engaging with children, it is desirable that you have experience working in a climbing environment however we are looking to train and engage with our colleagues. Having a climbing wall instructor qualification is desirable however not essential however strong communication skills are imperative.
Pay
Qualified Instructor: £12.35
Unqualified Instructor: £12.00
