* 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer success, ideally in a SaaS environment.
* Proficiency in CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) and basic knowledge of WIFI/networking.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to support both technical and non-technical users.
* Understanding of GDPR and data security best practices.
Responsibilities:
* Provide second-line technical support, assist with onboarding, and ensure timely issue resolution.
* Identify customer needs, track satisfaction trends, and contribute to self-service improvements.
* Build strong relationships with customers, monitor account health, and advocate for customer needs.
* Enhance support workflows, contribute to automation, and assist with new customer onboarding.
